1 . General situation
Chengdu chengliang group company is the state key large enterprise which can produce measures and cutters. Through more than 40 years development, the company has become an enterprise whose variety and specification are complete and export sale is the most. The products such as "Chuan brand"measures and cutters, cemented carbide tools, numerical control cutters etc. have won high praise. Our company has own advanced craft work, self-development, design, and production ability, which is on a good wicket in the same industry. The company has become the first enterprise which passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.

The cemented carbide tools plant of Chengdu chengliang group company founded in 1965, has become the key enterprise which can produce cemented carbide tools and powder production. In 1975, the cemented carbide production finished the first technologic innovation with the 3 million investment of the original machine industry ministry. In the 1990's, the company finished the subproject of "Chengdu cemented carbide project". With the 1200 million investment, the andvanced production equipment, testing equipment and some technology softs have been introduced from Germany, America, Denmark. The cemented carbide and carbonized tungsten powder production line has formed and passed the state examination in September, in 1995. Now the production ability such as 0.6-30.0 µm tungsten powder carbonized tungsten 0.8µ4.0 cobalt powder, solid solution and fixed materials, varities of national standard, numerical control blades, varities of machine standard and metallurgic blades, specical blades for wood processing, cermet blades etc.

2 . Equipments and production ability
The cemented carbide tools plant has own 115 suits of equipments. In the 1990's, we introduced varieties of production equipments such as fourteen-vas reduction furnace, molybdenum carbonized furnace, Dorst press, and pressure vacuum sintering furnace etc., and advanced testing equipments such as oxgen and nitrogen tester, tester for saturation magnetization, metallographic microscope, tester for particle size distribution. At the same time, we bought some advanced assistant producton equipments such as numberical control 23 tons auto press machines, atomic absorption spectrum, emission spectrum, and magnetometer. With these, the WC powder production has reached the international advanced level of 1990's, and the cemented carbide production has reached the domestic advanced level of 1990's. The production ability of WC or W powder has reached annual 300 tons. The production ability of Co powder has reached annual 30 tons. The production ability of solid solution powder has reached annual 50 tons. The production ability of varities of slades has reached annual 120 tons.
